The project focuses on identifying improved methods for culturing Pasteurellaceae from samples taken from calves and pigs with pneumonia. The aim is to obtain more isolates to test for antibiotic resistance, which is important both for selecting the appropriate treatment and for monitoring the resistance of pathogenic bacteria.
